Can’t really call it freelance because you don’t get paid. Free labour to acrue talent for their books. Huge onboarding responsibility with zero support, Lots of hiring of managers, no support , just a huge bunch of desperate people begging. Although US, all deals only for US creators: they never get paid anyway! And impossible to make money for other world creators.
Managers if you can call them that are slow to respond to ANYTHING & very rude/abrupt

Nothing works just a series of open ended submissions to nowhere completed by an intern
