The Customer Success team conducts mainly administrative tasks, including preparing quotes manually for clients and account managers, no strategic work. Internal IT tools and the CRM are unreliable, extremely slow, resulting in constant workarounds and manual tasks just to get basic work done. This causes a frustrating and demotivating working environment. Salaries are low, no bonus, targets are high, zero benefits nor recognition for the hard work delivered. Leadership used a mobbing approach with their team members, offering no support nor coaching. HR is intrusive, overly controlling, and doesn’t advocate for employees. There is a clear culture of silence: people are afraid to speak up. Any form of criticism or complaint is seen as a “negative attitude,” and those who raise concerns are pushed out. Maintaining a fake smile and working under forced positivity seems to be a requirement to stay. The variable pay structures lack transparency. There have also been situations where the company attempted to replace employees by contacting their friends and offering them the same job. Overall, this is a highly disorganised company with a toxic work culture.
