Coworkers were great, the customers were always fun to b/s with and then have a cocktail with after work, The girls at the bar after work. Flexible schedule for the most part. Mid-Management made good decisions and never buckled under pressure. Having the newbie get a bacon stretcher from the restaurant across town during rush hour traffic.If you really like cooking a great place to work.

Not really any Benefits at all and if you want them it's going to cost you. Being asked to make the impossible possible. Cleaning, Catering, Waitstaff issues, getting woke up at 4am in the morning because the alarm sounded again. Management sometimes just got in the way when doing something that was beneficial for everyone. People getting upset over spilt milk. Unless you really stick to it no real career advancement.
