Worse, this person acted arrogant and overconfident, thinking they were qualified to lead and teach others. - The management team lacks professionalism, often speaking rudely and making endless empty promises. - The company has an extremely poor sense of ethics. They believe it's perfectly fine for employees to keep working without rest. “Work-life balance” is a term you should never bring up here. Ironically, despite everyone constantly being busy, the company doesn't seem to make more money than those with a more relaxed culture, nor does it offer more learning opportunities. -There is no standard procedure for salary increments — everything is arbitrary.
