Good coffee, nice staff, multicultural. Support group sessions are available at the pub to vent and find some solace knowing you’re not alone in the misery you feel. Where you studied is not important, unless it wasn’t at the University of Cambridge.

“Training is for monkeys” - once said one of the founders/directors in front of all employees. So don’t expect to learn more, or move up with your career as many other reviews point out. No one knows who is actually in charge, maybe because of a complete lack of management skills or structure; most likely both (again, see other reviews). Staff turnover is high, be ready to keep lots of change to hand out for the leaving dos. If staff members literally cry to HR about the same problem/manager; expect them to be heard, not.
