Career development - Grantley invests heavily in all levels of staff to ensure the team are well trained, Five members of my team have been put forward for the Beyond Leadership training, recognising their dedication, talent and relevance of Spa and Wellness within hospitality. Championed my #2 by putting her forward for a national award (which she won!)
Positioning - what the Hotel has achieved since opening is unbelievable, not just the accolades and awards but in building a team of professionals that truly puts the guest at the forefront of everything they do.
Management - I have been here for 9 months now and from my onboarding to now my direct Manager Lewis, my General Manager Nuno and my Assistant Spa Manager Poppy have all been a great support and have always helped steer and guide me in the right direction.
Perks - The benefits are great from dining and stay discounts to insurance and complimentary, healthful staff food. Some of the team even received concert tickets last month!

The standards are incredibly high, I cannot stress enough how high. This isn't for everyone as hospitality can be known for being an easier option but for the levels that Grantley strives for in terms of positioning and accolades it is aiming to be the best in the world which requires full buy in, immaculate grooming, an eye for detail with 20/20 vision and there is no room for half heartedness in any aspect of any role. It is high energy and fast paced whilst making everything look effortless and seamless which can be challenging for some.
