GraphAware has a very good company culture and works on keeping it that way. The company values are lived by all employees, also senior management. Hierarchies are low and information flows freely. Throughout my time at GraphAware I could rely on my colleagues and had lots of fun while also learning new things every day. GraphAware has very loyal customers with which one works together more as a partner than a supplier. Additionally, the product is top of the art and GraphAware is driven by maximising its usefulness for good causes.

Svantaggi

GraphAware is not the right place for people that aren’t interested in graphs and the fantastic things you can do with graph technology. That’s not a con, but if you think about applying, be aware that you will dive into graph world.

Friendly and smart people who are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about what they do 5. Visible progress/growth over the past 18 months in how things are managed and strategies over all 6. Core values are the real center of the company

1. Workload can be heavy at times 2. Some workflows are yet to be defined 3. Remote work can sometimes delay progress and make communication challenging 4. Compensation structure is not yet clear

1) CEO too focused on raising the external value of the company while not really addressing 'hyper-growth' issues 2) toxic blame-focused environment exacerbated by frequent strategy changes (coming from the CEO) 3) the contractor status adds to job insecurity 4) nonexistent HR or any clear line of responsibility in the manager structure 5) promotions without a pay increase
