      The company is trying to get by using older equipment. This compromises the ability to compete with newer, faster (i.e. easier to produce a finished sheet) equipment.

      Everyone's in a clique. Mean girls everywhere. Management only favor the 3-5 favorites who've been there for years. Company cannot progress because the mean girls plot with management to get everyone fired. Steer clear, this is a horrible place to drown your career. If the resident mean girls don't like you, you'll find them in the VP's office crying about you. This company is falling fast, stay clear. This office is for the miserable.
