Terrible management, always expected to work overtime at short notice. No respect for employees. Low pay. No benefits. Always spoken down to. Not a healthy place to be. Avoid.

The people were friendly Workshop hours were earlier than office so were generally left alone

Processes were very outdated, a lot of manual and dirty work which should have been modernised - machinery that was broken that could have been replaced for low cost to improve quality and staff health
