Lots of cross-functional teamwork and different projects to get involved with

Too much work, not enough employees whilst I was there so a lot of overtime was needed

The people were friendly Workshop hours were earlier than office so were generally left alone

Processes were very outdated, a lot of manual and dirty work which should have been modernised - machinery that was broken that could have been replaced for low cost to improve quality and staff health
