Well there are some cons. They do not pay you correctly. For overtime they only pay straight time and not time and half as required by law. They saw you are salary but then pay you above your 40 at straight time. Then they say oh we are doing you a favor by paying you those extra hours because you are salary. No it doesnt work like that. I opened a case with the NJDOL. Won the judgement. Waiting on payment. Not holding my breathe.
