Friendly coworkers. Neat product. Great place to work if you literally just want to clock in and clock out everyday and you really don't care if the work you're doing has any impact. The offer good benefits and if you don't mind being paid little, then you can happily work there forever.

Dead end job at a dead end company. Some of the department heads (especially marketing) don't seem to know what they're doing and will either fake results on reports or not collect data at all to make it look like campaigns or projects are successful. There's little interest in actually finding the right solutions and figuring out how to spend time and money wisely. The company seems to do everything at the very last minute and half-ass, excuse my language. The sales and marketing departments act more like they're enemies than a team. The part of the office where most people work is pretty junky and the break room is just plain depressing, not to mention embarrassing when customers are on site. However the "executive" side of the office is very nice with a gorgeous break room. The striking dfference brings down morale and negatively impacts company culture.
