The Company seems to be recovering from the effects of covid that others claim was bringing it down. When I first started it was hard and several people left but everyone pulled together and are making it through. There is also new management which has helped. Also, the time off is generous. It helps with work-life balance. Several office positiions can now work from home a couple of days a week. Benefits a pretty good too.
