5yThank you for your review. As per facts, the company did provide a F&F settlement for you in spite of the fact that you did not serve your notice period. In all cases, across industries a company can deny to relieve an employee if she or he does not serve the mandatory notice period or handover IP/hardware on time. You did not want to serve your notice period and you also wanted your full pay which is not possible, as per policy. We understand that employees can feel frustrated sometimes due to the difficult times that have forced several sectors and public/private enterprises to adjust pay and allowances for the new norm. We, however, as a company have always acted with empathy for all our employees and will continue to do so. All the employees who perform their tasks sincerely are duly relieved/rewarded. We take pride in working with interns from top colleges who have worked on challenging paid projects for our domestic as well as international Fortune 100 clients and have received great placements. We wish you all the best and hope that with your future employers, you will follow policies.
