      IT is close to home and the tips are good. Located in a shopping area which is convienient for client and staff.

      Managers are required to ask for donations from stores and restaurants for his company picnic to give as prizes to his stylist because he does not want to buy prizes. No vacation. To make more than base pay is highly impossible. Not a flexible work schedual. Understaffed. Work every weekend.

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
