The owners are absolutely horrible! I put in my two weeks notice before Thanksgiving found a better job opportunity. I missed the last day with a doctors note due to having flu, a flu, and a double ear infection. They never gave me my last paycheck because of this. It ruined Thanksgiving for my family and my children.

The Great Clips brand values all feedback regarding its franchised locations. Since each salon is independently owned and operated, we encourage salon employees to directly contact the franchisee at their specific location to address any employment-related concerns.
