Base pay is horrible. You have to cut hair in 9 mins to be considered for more hours. If not you have to be in good graces with owners. If you want to grow within a company. This isn't for you. A trip to Minneapolis for managers, and a coach wallet or purse. If you make them more money for the owners. No promotion. Micro managing to the fullest. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you are in desperate need.
