It is an environment where people can have flexible schedules and still make a great income with incredible benefits. The organization truly tries to foster career growth and individual creativity. It is an all-around win-win.

      Great Clips has created a culture of setting high-expectations and using various tools to measure and develop people to reach those expectations. While this one of the organization's strengths, it does scare some people and certainly means everyone is expected to strive to be their best.

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
