      Can be busy, good to get secure In. Cutting skills. Fast paced

      Franchisee favoritism and inconsistent policies. Low pay for job . Benefits are not available . Hard to make decent money if I cut to slow they take from you if you cut to fast they cap your commission. Leaders who do well and their teams aren't aknowledged enough. Depending on the franchisee is dependent upon your time there. A manager position consumes your life

      Since each salon is independently owned and operated, franchisees may use a number of different factors to determine compensation & benefits.
