The franchise owner I worked for offered 50 cents extra per hour if I worked until close in the evening and on weekends and all day for working on Sunday, all the other franchisers don't offer that. When I left the organization the owners and managers were forcing the stylists to push product sales on every customer. It was to the point where a customer would sit down in the cutting chair and as I would begin to say how are you, the customer would say, "I have no intentions of buying any product today". It was embarrassing.
