Unfair and bias work environment - Recensione dipendente - Hairstylist presso Great Clips

When working for this company I was originally hired at another locations a full time worker then after a week I was asked to transfer to a different l9cation and I was promised to still get my full time hours I was hired for. The new location cut my hours by half making me part time. The manager played favorites with only certain girls she liked by not making certain employees follow all the rules. Then when I gave an old mana coupon so he could afford his haircut I was fired for stealing!! How is giving a coupon to someone stealing?? The coupon was a generic coupon that could be used by anyone. The client was a dollar short so I gave him a 2 dollar off coupon so he could afford his haircut and he had. Dollar extra with he gave me for a tip. After the cut my assistant manager demanded I give her the receipt and the tip money from that hair cut and I was called into the office where the manager said I was fired for stealing! I was dumbfounded because I just made a client for life with that old man gave him a great hair cut and great customer service and he said he would be back for sure and I was fired for it! I know great clips is a franchise so other stores I'm sure are different but this store was horrible!! And then they tried to not give me my unemployment so I had to fight them for that..with I did win.
