Great Clips has a flawed business approach, wasting money on coupons to exsisting clients. Making people coupon dependent. They should pay the stylists more to get better stylists. Price is already low enough. people will come back just for a great cut. By paying stylists min. wage Great Clips diminishes the profession and gets bottom level stylists.
