It takes a lot of the guesswork out, allowing me to focus on honing my skills behind the chair. I’ve had the chance to perfect these skills, thanks to all the resources and workshops available through Great Clips University!

      This career can be tough. Long days behind the chair can take a toll on our bodies, but using proper ergonomics, like body positioning—an important part of the Great Clips system—can make a big difference! While working nights and weekends can be challenging, those shifts are often the most profitable. Salon life is definitely a hustle, but it’s a rewarding one.
