Pay is good. Owners are friendly. Employees are nice and easy to work with. Customers are there don’t have to stress about finding your own.

Svantaggi

Management is terrible all the way around. Area manager is a joke never at work, hardly on the floor, always leaving early, never has to close, just sits around most of the time. Should not have her position. Got raises and lost all commission. No pay to travel. Vacation time is hard to get 40 hours. Holidays they only want to pay 6 hours when you work 9 hour shifts.

Because each salon is independently owned and operated, your franchisee would be the best person to address your concerns. Please contact them directly regarding any issues with employment.
