I have seen people deducted hours painfully low (how are people going to provide for their lives when hours are cut) as punishment. Micromanaging where it isn’t needed. If there is a problem with staff they are more loyal to whoever has been there longer or has better numbers. You will be a work horse. You can be replaced instantly and they are not afraid to let you know that. Hours are grueling.
