In order to gain the best employer award, pressurized staffs to give positive reviews and disclose the negative comments made by the staffs if engagement level turns low. The survey comments were supposed to be kept confidential and only aggregated results will be published but yet they published the individual comments too. As a result, some of the colleagues are badly affected by it as it affects their bonuses and promotion just because they wrote negative comments.
