- Depends on your team and manager or department head or section head. My manager only talks to people she likes and won’t even sit with you or ask you to join in lunch with the team unless she likes you - pace is very fast, newcomers need to be prepared for this - understaffed for some departments - everything need to ask for approval. No freedom no creativity
