There is not one person who is not a pleasure to work with! -Company shares a lot of data and success. -Open door policy means leaders are always available to help or brainstorm ideas. -Very challenging interview process. This is good and bad. -Team based/open environment -Senior leaders and most middle managers are exceptional! -Culture is great and it seems the company does care for its employees in most cases.

-Somewhat conservative when making decisions. Makes it hard to be in front of the curve. -0 Flexibility regarding working from home- If the whole city shuts down you need to be in the office regardless or take one of the few vacation days you get. (So instead of using vacation days for... VACATION, you have to save it up for those days where your car breaks down, or the roads are slick, or your child gets sick etc...). -Pay could be better in most cases.
