Don't get injured,.you will get bullied and harassed. They don't have a HR department and one of the owners gets offended super easily. Anyways report everything to WCB this is a incompetent company at in the upper tiers of management..

This company provides decent pay for labourers who have very few qualifications.

This company does not pay any of their employees overly well except construction foremen, who get bonuses for finishing jobs early and subsequently force their crews to work illegally long hours in harsh conditions. There is a very poor relationship between management and the construction/maintenance crews as they have consistently proven that they lie to their employees and cannot be trusted.
