1. One of the founders practices micromanagement and gives no consideration to her staff. 2. In Green packed and its associated companies under this founder, the working hour is extremely long. In many ways, it does not follow workers rights on working hours. And you are on-call from 8 am to midnight, including weekends. Employees at all levels have to work around 12 hours a day just to meet daily deadlines. 3. Despite covid and gov restrictions in 2020, she still asks all staff to go out and meet in person. 4. 80% of my team members are dissatisfied with the management and in turn, we see a low employee retention rate and most of the people I know quit within 2 years. 5. Employee benefits are poor and there is very little opportunity for career development. 6. No work life balance.
