Lala Company behaviour with the employees, Extremely Toxic Work Environment. 6. No Growth and at time of promotion, silly excuses from the Top Management to stop it. If only you are in dire need of an employment do join this so called organization, either ways avoid it for your own peace of mind ,mental health and career stability.
