Next to impossible to get paid time off when needed or wanted, even when vacation hours have been earned and accrued. Time off hours have to be justified by first availabilty, then attendance, amount of OT worked, monthly stats, and then finally by seniority. Sounds fair, but what if you have met all the requirements and still cannot use PTO (unless someone is dead or dying)? There are also constant changes in procedures, with little to no warning, that effect you monthly stats. There are other departments, within the company, who don't perform tasks in timely fashion which effects overall performance for employees when dealing with customer accounts.
