- the quintessence of micromanagement - no proper communication - you never know the day when they gonna fire you - people being fired without prior warning/improvement plan - lack of a sense of stability and comfort due to the above-mentioned - if you don't think equally like Management Board the company will fire you - no any kind of freedom in proceeding with your job without Management Board approval

Management style chaotical, and irresponsible with low professionalism when it comes to people management. People being fired rapidly and carelessly for disagreeing or commenting on their managers decisions. Very unstable and stressful environment. Strict orders-following expected only.
