Greenpoint Global is the worst place I have ever worked. Employees are treated like bonded labourers and slaves. Mobiles are not allowed inside the office. Leave policy enforced does not pernit any employee any paid leave for one yr after joining, not even sick or casual leaves. If leave availed, double salary id deducted for that day. Need to work on most weekends and holidays too without any overtime or extra pay. Official working hours are 9.5 hours daily. If you are late by more than 5 minutes to office, half day salary is deducted. Notice perios is 3 months on resignation. Post rsignation and while serving notice period, management will terminate your employment just before a week of your last working day. Terminated employees are not given their dues like PF , full and final settlement and also relieving letter. Management ensures to ruin the career of the employee,
