Internal and customer facing processes are poorly documented, and the individuals with the tribal knowledge to help you are either overworked and seldom available, or downright rude and hostile. Work was not divided fairly among teams - especially from a country by country perspective. Management does not provide meaningful support for employees who are struggling with difficult customers. Since nothing is documented, there's no way to push back when boundaries of your role are crossed, or customers ask for too much.
