We take comments about leadership and culture seriously. While we can’t speak to the specific circumstances of an individual team or time period in a public forum, we can be clear about what we expect across GreenShield: leaders are accountable to consistent standards of behaviour aligned to our values and our purpose.
GreenShield has grown and evolved significantly to expand our social impact. With that growth we have continued to strengthen how we lead, how we prioritize work, and how we support teams through change. High expectations and a fast pace demand strong planning, clear direction, and capable leadership—these are nonnegotiable, and we continue to invest in them.
