This is the most toxic place I've ever worked. I took this job based on what they told me during my interview which all turned out to be lies. That's what they're good at. Prepare to work six days a week and stay late every day, but get yelled at if you have .01 seconds of overtime. (They'll lie in the interview and tell you it's a Saturday rotation. It's not). Management will force you to take three hour lunch breaks instead of letting you leave early if you are over on hours because they don't know how to properly make a schedule. You never know when your comp day is until the last second and the "unlimited time off" is a joke, so good luck using that health/dental insurance. Almost every single time off request I made, months in advance, got denied; meanwhile, the favorites somehow got to take a full vacation every other month. The managers are gone constantly to go do "bonding activities" while their staff is quite literally drowning. If you complain about anything or offer any type of suggestions, you can prepare for your exit because you will be written up and pushed out the door. If you have kids, a family you'd like to see once in a while, or are in any kind of protected class that makes you stand out from your peers, I'd advise you to RUN. It probably will not end well for you. They preach about being inclusive, but things are not as they seem. Certain people are promoted for doing extremely unethical things, while those of us who genuinely got into this line of work to help people are shunned. You are pushed to rip people off and lie to them, just like the company will lie to you. The fact that you constantly have the same positions open and have to force people to lie on surveys, so you can win the "top workplace" award, speaks volumes about how much you value your employees, GreenState. I was previously a GreenState customer, but after seeing what they are truly about, I will NEVER use GreenState's services and would never recommend them to anyone. I'd highly advise you check the BBB and all the articles about their troubles before you accept a position, here. And keep your Open to Work banner up. You'll need it.
