During busy periods you will be expected to work as you would in any other US corporate shop / magic circle firm, i.e, weekends and holidays won’t be protected and working till the early hours of the morning is not out of the ordinary. However, the pay and perks have fallen far behind market. It also doesn’t help that the firm operates a total black box policy in regards to associate remuneration which is absolutely not the norm in the industry.
