Greenday Finance turned out to be the most emotionally damaging workplace I’ve ever experienced. The constant micromanagement, contradictory direction, and complete lack of psychological safety create an atmosphere where no one feels secure, heard, or valued. The environment is ruled by distrust, with all the worst forms of leadership on display—from passive-aggressive behavior to authoritarian control, gaslighting, and blatant favoritism.
Leadership frequently makes inappropriate, degrading, and even discriminatory remarks, which are routinely dismissed as “just part of the culture.” Reporting these behaviors to HR leads nowhere—responses are passive and ineffective, and the issues persist. Team members are belittled, mocked, and publicly humiliated, sometimes over personal appearance or hygiene—completely unprofessional and unacceptable conduct in any workplace.
A constant message is reinforced: you are never enough. Instead of promoting collaboration, leadership fosters toxic internal competition, ignores joint efforts, and fixates on minor mistakes with disproportionate scrutiny. Those who voice concerns or advocate for themselves often find themselves excluded from meetings, stripped of responsibilities, or gradually pushed out—a clear pattern of retaliation.
To make matters worse, we were promised bonuses and commissions that never materialized, and any attempt to raise the topic was met with evasion or silence. Benefits are virtually non-existent, and the company’s image of being “fast-paced” or “high-performance” only masks a complete failure to support employee growth, well-being, or fair treatment.
No matter how hard you work, it will never be enough. And if you challenge the system, you’ll be sidelined. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a healthy, professional, or ethical workplace. No job is worth this level of instability, disrespect, and emotional toll.
