Amazing, I thought I was allowed to put my own honest REAL Review? Don't get me wrong, the company is a great company with a good future unfortunately, with the decisions made to put those who are currently in charge and the hires that have been hired are the ones that are going to run this company into the ground. Unfortunately, the people that the owners have put to make these decisions are the ones that are also running this company into the ground even faster. What would be preferred? Should I put the names of the people who are the biggest brown nosers in this company? Or people that have been put in charge in positions where they have no business being in charge of or have no knowledge in what they are doing ? For example "team leads" or "supervisors" or "facility" or "health and safety" or "management" or "HR Department. Seems like you must know who I am talking about. And you know who you are. How about those that are abusing the company benefits, "working from home" charging the company for so called worked hrs! Taking more then allowed days off and still charging the company somehow. Coming in late and leaving early and still charging the company 8hrs of so called "work" not coming into work and still "getting paid overtime" You know who you are. On top of this, it seems this company has real hard and bad issues with They're Payroll. I've heard many of the employees complaining about money not being paid, or in constant pay on they're checks or missing work hrs, banked time missing and people not being paid for the work they do. The other thing is, seems they have too many electrical people many of them milking time, taking way too long to finish tasks and standing around just cause no one is monitoring they're work making projects fall behind schedule and people in charge letting them get away with it. Other issue seems to be with the s.i.t. department. Alot of these people in this department feel they are all high and mighty making electrical and mechanical feel like they must obey and do everything they say not asking for help but Demanding it while walking around with they're noses so high up.. This s.i.t department and electrical department needs some serious structural rebuilding. Not sure but it's an ok paid job, unfortunately they're are tons of issues in the engineering departments both mechanical and electrical and seems no one also want to address this. Could be for job security purposes but not my place to say, all I can say is if you have an interview here pay attention to details.
