Fun Work, Tough Quotas, Unorganized Leadership - Recensione dipendente - Frontline Canvasser presso Greenpeace

4 out of the 10 people in my orientation group made it to staff after the trial period. After that, 3 of the 4 of us failed to meet quota and were let go unceremoniously. It's a great cause and can be a lot of fun, but you must kick booty at this job if you want to make it. Leadership was all over the place. There are some great people working, but communication is not their strong suit.
