Worst micromanaging system ever, constantly being watched and scolded by peers with same job title, will get punished with mandatory in office days for making minor mistakes, management does not help with problematic situations regarding the legal documents, layoffs are often and random, majority of specialists walk on eggshells but some do nothing and get rewarded. No job security. Nepotism is a thing here. Overall, if you don’t mind figuring legal things out on your own and having people with no significance to your role constantly monitoring your every move, this is a good company to temporarily work for.
