Management are like dictators, they encourage bullying within the team to ensure ‘respect’ but is in fact fear of losing your job. Those who don’t follow through are forced out. Staff either leave or become ill due to stress. Those who stay for years are the bullies or obey management in constant fear of losing their job. Training on baking is poor and very little help. High turnover of staff or transferring to other stores. Often working in more than one store, a lot of travel. Very little reward.
