amazing training program, good benefits, lots of "social" events, nice co-workers its a great place to learn about insurance and get your foot in the door

you are not just a number you are a stat - quite literally. the log everything - including your washroom breaks. extremely sales focused, dont treat all potential customers fairly, very stressful when you get yelled at all day by both clients and management, everything is monitored. high turn around - if you make it to 6 months thats an accomplishment.

Incentives to make lots of sales, although they are not very valuable

Management always lying and manipulating staff. They had a company meeting with us recently in a movie theatre and made us think that so many good changes were coming, including the benefits which are now actually worse and the new software that is worse for us brokers. And then at the end of the presentation, they made all of us stand up and congratulate each other on the changes - that we had no idea of the truth about. So disgusting. The company is rotten and should be ashamed.
