I have stayed here for 3 years and the long you stay here lesser will be chances to switch from here as you will not develop any skill here. You need to sit long for 13-14 hours daily as there is a lot of work pressure in analytics team, you will be assigned a massive number of projects, and eventually, you'll have to work long hours to finish them. You’ll also be expected to answer calls at 1 AM and make a few changes to emails or PowerPoint presentations. If you don’t pick up, you’ll be called in for a discussion next day. Group Manager do lot of Micromanagement and behave somewhat like professors they have there favorite employees and one who give his/her opinion will be there enemy. The worst part is seeing female employees still working late, until 11 or midnight daily. Although we claim to be modern and equal, the harsh reality is different. There is a so-called cab service for female staff, but it only goes up to 5 km. This has been raised with management and HR's multiple times but they will ignore you saying they are unaware about this. Culture team also has ideology that there is no work life balance term in Greyb. In conclusion, don’t join Greyb if you value your personal life, as both your mental and physical health will deteriorate over time.
