      Good health benefits (organizational) Some interesting projects (subjective) Ability to migrate from company to company without hustle of changing jobs (consulting benefit) You can get a glimpse on Google, Apple, etc without going through their complex interview processes (superpower) Might be a good starting point for a beginner (advice)

      Very poor management on a lot of project Most of the project aren't interesting (subjective) Often engineers are utilized as developers (consulting downside) Everything really depends on customer you work with (consulting downside) But if you got glimpse on FAANG, you might not be able to work with them later for 1 year or so (non-compete) Not competitive salary (consulting downside)

      Grid Dynamics was a FANTASTIC place to work. They essentially function as a resource management company where you will be contracted out to their customer for different projects. It allows for a wide variety of different opportunities.

      Svantaggi

      The only downside of Grid Dynamics is that you are tied to the viability of the different contracts. While Grid makes every effort to keep you with the company between contracts, if there aren't any contracts with openings then you will be released. However, Grid has a concept of putting people on a "bench" where you get paid while you wait for a new role in a contract.
