Unfortunately, this focus on profits appears to come at the expense of any genuine commitment to green energy or sustainability. Their claims about green energy are misleading and often outright lies, designed more to impress than to make a real difference.

Management is completely disconnected, with a lack of understanding of day-to-day tasks and poor communication across departments. The US market is poorly managed, with inconsistent hiring and firing practices that seem arbitrary and unfair. There is no clear career progression—employees are left in the dark about future opportunities. Excessive unpaid overtime is expected to meet unrealistic deadlines, creating a stressful environment.
