It helps to have a product that's a market leader and in high demand among the world's largest companies. Everyone also has the resources to do their best work. High marks for job satisfaction.

      Not a con per sei, but given the global nature of the team hours can be varied to ensure you meet with various depts. and team members. However, that is also the pro of being part of a remote work force. If you are looking for strictly 8-5 a company with a globally distributed workforce isn't the place for you.

      Unstable with regards to leadership. Some of the C Level managers are very unprofessional, getting upset easily and demonstrating poor judgement.
