They don't give raise much

It's been almost a year at Gridle now and it feels that I have been part of this organisation more than that. The best thing about this company is that you can learn any thing here. You are allowed to make mistakes and learn from it. Opportunities are endless here. Employees are very cooperative and helpful regardless their position in this company. You'll always have space to speak up for anything that you think needs to be changed in the organisation. Last but not the least, I admire the work ethics of people of Upper Management. One of the unique qualities of the company which makes Gridle stand out from other companies in Ahmedabad.

Work Timings - The timings are 10 AM to 07 PM. However, work culture is so liberal that nobody has to follow that. Isn't that is so good about this company? Yes Of course it is. But the only problem we face that team members can not collaborate well. And we end up loosing the productivity of the team and resulting into delayed deliveries of the project.
