I loved my direct supervisor (special shout out to Cari Parchinski) and my other coworkers. I also loved the clients I was able to help during my time there. I had a really positive internship experience at GC before I became an employee.

- Compensation at first seemed fair but once you take into account that you don't get paid for cancelations and there's not a strict cancelation policy (and there are a LOT of cancelations), it was hard to make a consistent income. - Not having a designated office space made it difficult to have consistency for my clients in sessions. - I was given and then had 2 different positions taken from me in the 2 years I was here as an employee. - All the changes being made at a higher level did not take into account the way the changes affected their employees or the clients they serve. - There's an incredibly high turnover rate for clinicians. - So much paperwork and not enough compensation for the time it takes to do paperwork and consult with the other people on a client's case (specifically high acuity cases). - Overworked and underpaid
